During the COVID-19 lockdown, families had to adapt to a completely different everyday life. They experienced the realities of being confined within four walls, including home-schooling, working remotely, and the inability to visit older relatives, which greatly disrupted their usual routines.
However, these families bravely conquered these new challenges, utilizing digital tools and solutions. Hungarian Telekom wanted to celebrate their resilience by putting up statues in their honor, recognizing their ability to adapt and overcome.

But not just any statues: 3D printed mini sculptures crafted by a renowned Hungarian sculptor, scattered throughout Budapest. Each statue was carefully tailored to its specific location in the city. They depicted the findings from Telekom's research on how families adapted to quarantine using digital tools, showcasing the new digital habits that emerged and persisted into the "new normal".
For instance, Budapest residents could encounter statues portraying families video chatting, enjoying online gaming, or participating in virtual yoga classes at home.
The Exhibition of Us was also available digitally, ensuring it reached even more families who could relate and feel celebrated for their resilience in overcoming life's challenges.
